Seeking Zeus is a program for women leaders to understand their significantly lower use of masculine archetypal leadership behaviors expected at the C-Suite level, e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, etc. in contrast to men who have integrated feminine styles into their leadership over the last 40 years. Participants assess themselves and talk about subconscious attitudes that obstruct growth. They imagine and discuss women leaders who have integrated more masculine archetypal behaviors into their leadership styles creating a new style that is effective at all levels. They consider and commit to developing skills that support their goals to lead organizations at the highest levels.
