Payment and Refund Policy

When you pay for the survey and take the test, you are agreeing to receive your results and access to a guide to work with your results that we have in good faith provided to you. No refund will be given after the results and link to a guide have been delivered.

If you have a coupon that fails to let you enter the survey, please notify us at info at info@exectraits.com.

In the event that you have paid through our payment form and have been unable to receive your results for technical reasons, please email us at info@execTRAITS.com and we will seek to resolve your technical issues or send you your results via other means to include email or snail mail.

In the event that we are unable to solve your technical issues via email, please send us your phone number by email and a customer service representative will contact you.
